Breakfast is for me one of the more difficult meals to eat on my current diet of no eggs, no meat and no dairy. I usually eat coconut milk yoghurt I make myself with some Paleo granola (no grains) which is also homemade, and when I can afford it, I love to have a bit of smoked salmon with a slice of sprouted or sourdough whole grain bread with coconut oil and salt served with a slice of fresh fruit. There is also the green smoothing or the yoghurt smoothie, but lately I have been enjoying the chia seed pudding. The recipe can be found at Sarah's Favorite Recipes.
